Question about Player Positions

I can't remember where i heard it, but GS defers to the seniors. I think next year he will step up and, honestly, I think HCGM will run the offense through him. All year long, we saw flashes and glimpses of the player he can be, and yes, he needs to work on his D, but next year will be the year of Garrett Stutz. I just can't get that step through one handed jam from a few games ago out of my head.

Unfortunately, I think our opponents will run their offense through GS as well.

Perhaps but I'm seeing a few slashing type wings being added to the recruiting board. There has also been a young pg or two. I don't recall a post for 2011 being added lately. I must admit I would like for us to go after one in particular, and perhaps we are.

If he's not going to return to Iowa, which I'm starting to doubt, I would say better than that. Coach Jans is pretty friendly with one of the staff members at that juco.

When did Kirkwood and Des Moines area drop to D2? I seem to recall both of them making it to Hutch in the past decade.

I'm surprised there are only four D1 jucos in Iowa. Who wouldn't like those odds of making it to nationals?

They are one region, but upon further inspection they competed with region 13 this year for the district 11 tournament bid.
