Also HCGM's comment at the rally about wanting to show certain teams how to win with class was a gem. He is surprised MSU is still able to keep playing with their dislocated shoulders from chest thumping and throat slashing. Do ya think he wants to win this thing?!!
I will have my annual STL Notes, Quotes and Billygoats later, but Fest is right.

MSU fans are challenging InSU fans for highest concentration of in-bred, red neck hillbilly status.

I used to think InSU had the title wrapped up, but after witnessing the MSU fans antics yesterday, the decision needs to be revisited.

As far as Creighton fans, Doc covered them rather well. They are just who they are - Drunken idiots.

There are more Shox fans here this year than ever. Very impressive. 8)
Above all, make the right call.

Unfortunately, I know what Matilda looks like, and frankly he's not as big a fan as this loser. If that was DJA, what little respect I had for him (even though he can be a douche, he's fairly well informed) went bye-bye.

That guy (I use the word guy VERY loosely) makes it into the top 10 of biggest arses I've ever seen live.
Wasn't me. I'm sitting in Omaha with a sick child and a father in law in ICU. I don't miss the tourney very often, but this year real life interfered with my wants.

Shockref. I stand corrected if you are the bearer of the original "must do." we are really enjoying the experience this year. Not to mention my buddies daughter accepted her boyfriend's proposal to get married when we were at the top of the arch yesterday. That was cool.

Now on to the city museum with the kids. See you all this afternoon.

The fans are a nice sampling of their respective communities. I had the good fortune of spending a few months in Peoria. I met a few of my neighbors at the complex pool who were Bradley cheerleaders & Big Al's contractors. My only complaint about that town is that it wasn't warmer.
As far as Misery State goes, have you ever had to do business in that hayseed town? I worked in an office that was a satellite to a Springfield office. I could write a lot on that hick experience.

Another reason to move this show to KC or at least give them competition so they know they're is a choice.

Yea, I saw a minor confrontation between two of our students and an usher that looked like "The Big Shows" shorter brother. Our students were attempting to show him how to make the "W." The usher didn't seem to have an IQ high enought to get it. I later saw a "blue shirt" come down to the two students and have a discussion. So you all know how sharp I am in deductive reasoning ( ). It appears Creighton had something to do with rating them out. Oh well, my guess is Scottrade will have to deal with the "W" for a couple more days...deal with it!

Yeah, she is a friend of mine. When I bumped into her at the game yesterday she told me all about it. Very happy for her!

I heard that the band director this year does not believe that tubas belong in a pep band. The guy that played the tuba for the band last year had to get a different instrument so he could continue playing this year.

Perhaps we should just get our tuba players a football team!
