Rams trail early in first half. ODU throwing a zone at them. VCU looks out of sync against it. I don't know maybe HCGM coaches with his head and not his testosterone and plays some zone...or not!!!

We play more zone now than we ever did under coach Turgeon - if you go too much zone, it isn't as effective as it is as a "surprise" defense. Also, rebounding generally suffers.

I don't think any of us have to worry about HCGM playing "too much zone." It really isn't in his DNA, and when he does use it, he is probably doing it under great internal duress.
