This. The guys have looked GREAT since they've decided to be consistent, aggressive and disruptive on defense.


Defense wins championships. We have plenty of offense.

Maybe this was already reported, but I saw that our rpi was listed as 39 now. That's an improvement. I suppose it depends on who you're looking at for the rpi, but at least it's getting better. It shows VCU at 65. I hope that's not true!

Our chemistry has seem to improved along with our play in games. It is a definite correlation.

Keep up that huge intangible and like you guys said, play defense and don't overlook ANYONE and we'll be hanging another banner.

Channel 12 was just saying we have averaged about a 2 point advantage in the 1st half in Valley play, but a 12 point surpass average the 2nd half when our talent and quality depth kicks in. We are not so superior that we can look past any Valley game from here, but yet we should be fine if we take each game seriously, one at a time, never looking past any Valley Team.

It is true. VCU lost to Northeastern tonight (a very bad rpi team). Let's hope their only other loss this season is to us.

Is it depth or have the Shox played some horrible 1st halves? Poor shooting & lethargic defense spotted the opponent more than what could be overcome.
