    Yes, according to JJ Clamdip.

      According to kansas.com:

Both teams will take Friday off after winning their brackets with3-0 records. WSU will practice this afternoon. Stephenson said he expected MVC Pitcher of the Year Jordan Cooper to start.

Brent's starting? Wow, I bet he hasn't seen live action for 30 years. Will he throw three pitches for strikes? Who will serve as his coach while he takes the mound? Tru2, this is definitely the most provocative post in some time.

It's gonna be a fun day tomorrow. Hopefully a big crowd will really be into it from the get-go. This is our season. Our success is judged on NCAA Regional qualifications. Simple as that.

Bring it Shocks and hopefully about 6,000 or more others.

                :posterwsu:

I'll be there on the first base concourse seats and am excited.

                  Random foolishness

I'm out of town and thus dependent on the Internet, but I see that the Valley is continuing with one of my pet peeves, the stupid and unfair practice of choosing the home team in any given game by either alternating or flipping a coin.

There is absolutely NO rational reason to do anything other than make the higher seed the home team in every single game. They've earned it by earning the higher seed, and as it is, there's so little reward for being seeded higher -- basically, getting to open against #8 instead of #7, which may or may not be a break depending on whether #7 or #8 has the better ace pitcher -- that it's ridiculous not to offer this advantage just as a matter of course.

Making it even, or making it random, is not the same as making it fair.

In case anyone was wondering, Shocks are down 6 - 9 IN THE THIRD INNING - only one out. Redbirds on 1st and 2nd.

                    Cooper couldn't get it done.

                    Three errors on the Shocks.

                    Good crowd.

                      WOW

Ill St gets a two-run homerun to lead 12-6 in the top of the third.

                      WTF.

                        ####.
It's bottom of the third. ISU is the home team. :(

                              This is pretty frustrating...

Is there a run rule in the championship game?
