Coop was nails, again, and efficient. I had him for 89 pitches, but I usually miss a few. Still, a return seems possible, if not probable, if the Shocks can make it that far.

Had 93 thru 8, I think he finished with around 105-108, somewhere in there.
Still great though, low enough and only used 1 pitcher tonight.
Terrific start to the tournament!! Tomorrow night is so big...need Kelley to really bring his A game. Evansville has certainly brought theirs in the last four or five contests.
Bascue's homer was an absolute laser. I hadn't seen a shot that low end up in the top row of the stands for quite a while. Reminded me of some of the bombs we used to see in the nineties.
On second thought, I think Johnny Coy has hit a couple similar ones this year. Nonetheless, very impressive.
