Lassley is having a helluva day on both sides. He's digging up all the junk Kelley is throwing.

TK is playing with fire but as escaped every time. Definitely not the best outing so far, but thankfully the WSU long ball has come in to help.

Need to keep tacking more runs onto this lead. No let up.

The young guys are looking really, really bad at the plate.

I think Shane was right. They are overthinking at the plate.

        See ball, hit ball. KISS!

Mow 'em down innings have been few and far between for TK, but he get's a Mow'en down inning in the Mow'en down inning.

          :good:

Agreed. With the exception of a young man by the name of Johnny Coy.

Lassley single. Steals second. Coy smash single. Bascue sac fly. Coy steals second. 2-outs.

Jones doubles. Jones takes home from second on a WP. He was blazing.

              8-3 Shox, Stretch time.

Great play by Ryan Jones. Heads up and great hustle. Scoring from second on a wild pitch.

                Shocks up 8-3.

Welcome to the Ryan Jones showl Great running catch to save a lead-off double or triple.

Davidson has looked slick at second. That, or I've just gotten way to used to Baez.

Very solid inning of relief by big Clint.

The last two games have been as close to the "Shockers of old" as this team has been in a long, long while. Strong performance on the road with pitching (even if you don't have your best stuff), hitting (with power), fielding, and running the bases. I liked these two games better than the KU / Okie St games.

Let's get the brooms out tomorrow!!!

I agree ShockTalk. This team looks a lot different right now and is trying hard to find consistency. The long ball and the pitching has been superb, even in the absence of 3 starters.

                            Pretty solid.

Let's sweep em tomorrow and take things from there.

Great hustle day. Great power day. Solid pitching.

Ryan Jones' energy is fun to watch.

                              Go Shox !
