Of course. A bomb to fence that gets caught.

      Ugh.

Well if you need me, I'll be slamming my head into a brick wall.

Looks like the Coaching staff has about the same level of confidence in our bullpen as the fans do (and justifiably so).

            This is really disappointing.

Saucy Sossamon gives up a walk and a double and the beat goes on... are we having fun yet?

Whatever move our coaches make, it's the wrong one.

It's no wonder players can't seem to wait to get out of here when they are draft eligible.

I"m gonna say it one more time: Gene's personal problems have finally taken their toll on him and the coaching staff. If college baseball was a major sport, he wouldn't have survived the media scrutiny.
The sunny people can ignore it but it appears to be the truth.

Great job by Guy wiggling out of that one.

                  We're overdue for a miracle.

Cobey Guy has been pretty solid lately for what it is worth.

Having to score one-run in the 9th to tie seems almost unattainable the way things are going.

It could happen, but please don't ask me to bet on it.

What a fitting end to a pathetic team. EMBARRASSING.

I will eagerly await another fun spin by shocker3.

I see little merit to attacking posters who persist in an (overly) optimistic view. It makes it look as if you are rooting against success.

So the 5 steps of grieving are:

                            Denial
                            Anger
                            Bargaining
                            Depression
                            Acceptance

I think I am moving pretty rapidly through these steps -- right now I would say depression.

It's one thing to hava a team short on talent, another to be short on baseball IQ and worst of all to be short on mental toughness. When you have all three I suppose it should not be to hard accept that the Shocks are just not very good.

Does not appear to be a quick turn around in sight either.

It'll be a miracle if we can pull it out in the tourney.

If we are going to win the Tournament we can't afford any losses. It does not appear we have the pitching depth to make it through the losers bracket (even if Charlie Lowelll makes a full recovery).
