based on the inning before where kelley basically gave them 2 runs all by himself you don't run him back out there for another inning.

down 1 run with 6 outs left you don't swing at a 2-0 pitch unless it's perfect. obviously it was perfect pitch to hit. this is the mentality I'm talking about. Do the coaches purposely recruit weak minded individuals or what?

also why is kevin hall pinch hitting, he is f***-ing terrible. doesn't make sense. Gene is old and needs to go.

It is amazing that a slap hitter like Kevin Hall can go through this kind of slump. That kind of speed should make it nearly impossible to go through a 2 for 30 stretch in college baseball.

not with his approach at the plate, he hit more weak fly balls and grounders back to the pitcher with 2-0 and 3-1 counts than anybody i've ever seen. I said it 2 weeks ago and I'll say it again until kevin hall changes his approach at the plate he will continue to suck.
