We knew coming into the year that the bullpen was our potential achilles heel. Looks like we are still searching for some answers there.
Still we only scored 2 and had the key error in the 9th that hurt.
Just got beat today. Nice thing about baseball you don't have long to wait for a chance for redemption.Comment

Not sure what Hall's problem was, but with a lockdown closer it wouldn't matter. Strikeouts, grounders and weak poppers are what we should be getting from a fresh arm in the late innings. And what's up with the eight free passes we issued?
That said, 13 strikeouts wasn't good, either.
Hope it was just a hiccup, but this bullpen worries me. Let's get 'em tomorrow.Comment

Disappointing. Again, the relief pitching.
Our bats need to awaken these next 2 games otherwise I fear an "offensive fluke" in the first 4 of the season..Deuces Valley.
