Rosewood - How did Maldanado look? Sounds like they nicked and dimed him to death and that maybe he pitched better than his line indicates.

That game was fun in the nineth.
First a Baseball fan then a Volleyball fan and then I guess I follow the basketball team.

What was the APB coach all bent out of shape about? Did the ump screw them on balls and strikes at the end? What the hell?

Kind of mirroring our experience of yesterday, today Oklahoma St. beats Western Illinois 30-3 in Game 1 of DH, only to lose 7-4 in the night cap to a 1-7 team.

Not bad but about the same story for him. He has great stuff, but when and where still needs work. I doubt there are many more places better than here for him to get everything he needs to become fantastic. We have seen this same story a few times now. One thing I didn't really harp on was the fact that one run scored on an absolutely awful balk call (namely there wasn't one).

Had you asked this question before I saw RJ, or Remmy as I have taken to calling him, pitch I would have given him more praise. RJ was PITCHING like he had been out on that mound many times before. The first HPB looked bogus to me standing on the breezeway at a great angle, and just showed to me that he has been listening to BK and wasn't afraid to come inside. I was glad to see that he got the radio PoG. His performance was really top not and if he would have gotten the loss, that would have been a darn shame.

That's kind of what I was wondering, why did the APB coach act like an idiot after the game? Of course with Phil Plantz involved, I can understand why both teams were in his ear the whole game. He should NOT be working division 1 college baseball.
