ALL-Star baseball game?

Just heard about a game on sunday Feb 15th between current players and alumni, has anyone heard about this and what time it is at?

WICHITA, Kan. – Wichita State baseball will be hosting an Alumni Game on Sun., Feb. 15 at 2 p.m. at Eck Stadium. Admission is free to the game.

A team made up of Shocker alumni will face off against the 2009 Shocker team. Former Shockers that will be participating in the game are:

Anthony Capra, LHP
Noah Krol, RHP
Matt Smith, RHP
Khol Nanney, RHP
Jared Simon, RHP
Ronnie Morales, LHP
Tyler Weber, C
Derek Schermerhorn, INF

Nick Blasi, OF
Andy Dirks, OF
Randy Young, OF
Joe Muich, C/1B

Former Shocker All-American and current manager of the Wichita Wingnuts Kevin Hooper will coach the team, while former Shocker Blake Blasi will serve as assistant coach

The new guys are lucky Hoop isn't playing because if he was nothing would get through the middle of the infield. Sounds like a hell of a good time and I'll be there for sure. The kids are sure going to have there work cut out for them going to bat against some of those guys fresh out of the program. No doubt it will give the new kids some perspective of what its going to take to be successful.

I have to say that most these guys are pretty fresh out of the program and not to surprising to see on the list. I am surprised to see Young on the list. Dude had some serious wheels!!!

If he is half as fast as he used to be then he can still fly. I'd love to see a alumni game every season. I don't think it wold be very feasible but it would be awesome.
