On the way -- WSU's waiver appeal for Johnny Coy, around 75 pages worth of information, is en route to the NCAA offices in Indianapolis.

WSU associate athletic director Korey Torgerson expects it to arrive Monday. The NCAA will let him know, perhaps by Friday, if it has questions.

Coy's status could be determined by early March, depending on the workload at the NCAA.

"I think two weeks from now we'll probably have an answer," Torgerson said.
