sdshox: I went to the SDSU board, looked at various threads and, in one titled Christiansen Gone!, I found this post:

I moved a post from ShockerFan inquiring about Wichita State recruiting a new pitcher from Sioux Falls. See College Athletics "Wichita State Baseball recruit".

It just seemed a bit odd to me. Are the mods on SDSUFans.com extremely active?

I found the SDSU link here http://www.salukitalk.net/st/links.php. This suggests you try a different link, which is http://sdsufans.com/board/index.php. Are there other SDSU boards?

On the SalukiTalk link page, I saw three or four message boards for North Dakota State but only one for South Dakota State. I was mostly curious to see if other SDSU boards exist. (Of course, any excuse to point out how bad are the mods on another board - and how good are the mods on ShockerNet :D - is welcome.)

Now if the season (volleyball, basketball, baseball, tennis (?), etc.) had started and we actually had serious points of discussion, I would not be inclined to look at other boards (like http://www.bradleyfans.com/ (Wichita State Meets Georgetown Nov. 27); http://thebluejaycafe.com/BB/index.php :-x ; http://www.salukitalk.net/st/index.php :-x ; etc.).

No problem. I actually just followed the directions you posted right to it. I went to the sdsu list of forums... found "college athletics" and then the WSU baseball recruit was actually right at the top of the threads. I was wondering how you missed it but figured I'd just put a link instead of a smart ass comment that would lead you back to those directions.

I checked out that link you provided. I suppose it's not too strange that no one has replied as of yet to the post since Dusty didn't attend SDSU. Maybe there's some hard feelings there, I don't know. However, I decided to just try South Dakota sports in general and found this site:

No problem. I meant to add that this was a Sioux Falls news site. I figured I'd just go to the source. I'm thinking of checking out their forums (sports) to see what the locals think about WSU snatching up their players. :)

Okla. St. shows interest 1 week after verbal commitment. Do they recruit or just wait on us to get a verbal then go after them.
