I don't pay much attention to the sponsors but I'll have to start paying attention and make sure I avoid them like the plague. This is flat out wrong and to do it right before the end of the season for no apparent reason is ridiculous. Somebody failed Marketing 101. I hope it's not a WSU alumnus.

Unfortunately, avoiding sponsors will serve to hurt Mike as much as anyone.

Terry is as much Shocker baseball as anyone. He's been there since I was in school and gives some great, great insight. This is a sad day in Shocker baseball.......I real hope it gets fixed. What a crappy way to handle this.

I thought about that WDW. The worst case scenario for BGM is that sponsors don't renew for next year. Then BGM can't buy the air time from 1330. BGM is done for, MK is out of a job.

1410 says lol whatever and inks a new deal with WSU, signs Mike about 15 seconds later and starts going back after the old sponsors and the new ones alike.

OR BGM just comes out and says why they let Elliot go and we can agree that they did what they had to do or that they are just functionally stupid. As of right now, I have no choice but to assume functionally stupid.

If any sponsors pull thier advertising over this I'd go out of my way to support them. Mikes job isn't in jepardy here. If BGM has issues and ends up losing broadcast rights, whoever gets them would gladly bring Kennedy on board.

This really sucks I really enjoys Terry's insight and he is usually right on target. He will be sorely missed....

Obviously there are some things you would have to be fired for..... if you are a radio personality....maybe a few more?
