Let's say both team's pitchers in a 3 game series are equal. FSU's team era is a little over 4, but they play in a tougher conference and have 6 pitchers on their roster that have thrown over 53 innings - we only have 3 who have done that.

It will come down to the offense - which obviously doesn't take a genious to figure out that they are vastlly superior to us. Throw in playing at home, and this super regional doesn't look good for us. If we lose, it was still a great season.

With that said, I like WSU in the underdog role. No one gives a hoot about us, rivals.com has everyone liking FSU and our victory over OSU didn't really attract much attention. We are that small little northern school in Kansas that doesn't have a chance to win. So be it. I hope we can shock the world. But I'm not putting money on it.

Just looked at fsus stats, they walk alot of guys, no big stud in the bullpen, but man can they hit. They say good pitching stops good hitting, so I think we are gonna find out just how good our big 3 are.

I think the Shox will score some runs. I've followed FSU some because I like UNC as well and they give up some runs but yes, they can hit the ball so our big 2 (maybe 3) need to pitch the game of their lives. It can be done.... similar to what UCI did to us last year.
