yeah, I was thinking the same thing...I bet there are a butt load of FSU football and basketball players who have been arrested for shootings, beating girlfriends, doing drugs...stealing from Wal-Mart. Someone find some criminal records!

The one thing I've never understood is going on to other school's boards and being shocked, shocked, when their fans are being ridiculous. Unless they're coming on Shockernet and trolling who cares what they say in their own house? We must break FSU. OSU got broken. When the Shocker Express rolls through Tallahassee they will make ridiculous statements as well. If we are unsuccessful and it was close, I fully expect conspiracies galore to be bandied about on Shockernet. This is the way of things.

1. 2007 - At least 20 Florida State football players will be suspended from playing against Kentucky in the Dec. 31 Gaylord Hotels Music City Bowl, as well as the first three games of the 2008 season, for their roles in an academic cheating scandal involving an Internet-based course, a source with knowledge of the situation said Tuesday morning.



2. 2008 - Florida State wide receiver Preston Parker was arrested and jailed in Palm Beach County Monday night for possession of marijuana under 20 grams, and carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.

3. 2008 - Florida State basketball Coach Leonard Hamilton suspended forward Ryan Reid after Tallahassee police on Saturday night cited the junior for shooting a BB gun at a stop sign and at a building near FSU's campus. According to police, Reid and another individual damaged a stop sign and cracked three windows with shots from a BB gun. (Imagine if someone had been on the other side of those windows and been shot in the eye...)

It is very ironic that I posted a response to a Shocker fan in disguise on that board and I get banned from that site because of it. I guess I wasn't the only one fooled. Those boys have some thin skin over there.

I understand the impulse to bring out past FSU violations....but we are in no position to discuss such things in the NCAA's eyes. Alot of people can bring up "scoreboard" in such areas.
