I think the good doctor is trying to say....We have much more we would like to and are capable of accomplishing this year and it might behoove us to act like we have been there before. It might be good to "Slow your Roll" and the OSU bashing...and then in turn be deserving of the greater gifts this team may bestow upon us.

There are some good folks down in Stillwater who feel like we have the last few years...Ill admit though its taken me 24 hours to not want to rub the noses of the posters on the OSU board in it...

Had you read Flores entire comment, you guys wouldn't be making near as big of a deal about what he said. I read the article on Sunday morning in the WICHITA paper and didn't think anything about it. He was asked why the Cowboys had trouble getting the bats going against Shafer and in his response made a comment that they had faced, and successfully hit better pitchers throughout the year. They just couldn't get to Shafer on Saturday night. To his credit, he pitched a great game. You WSU fans are coming across as petty with a big time chip on your shoulder. You won the series, get on with your lives. It's not like we're making fun of the fact that you are basically a Division 1 commuter school with nothing else to talk about than a baseball program. You have no Football program, and you're a mediocre basketball school in a Mid-level conference. Come to think of it, I'd probably be whiny and petty if I was you. You've got nothing else to get excited about for the rest of the year. I live near Wichita, so it's not like I haven't seen first hand how obnoxious WSU baseball fans can be. By the way, your baseball stadium is nice but the turf infield/grass outfield is just plain stupid. Pick one and go with it like EVERY OTHER baseball field in the world.

Oh well, I'd be pissy too if I had to live in one of those glorified trailers w/ attached garage- in a treeless wheat field- that seem to be so popular in the Goddard area. (Poke93's location is listed as Goddard)
