    Dang! That's some karma. Anderson decided McKeever wasn't good enough to play against BXII competition. Then he absolutely hands it to the team that cut him.

    I watched McKeever catching pen for a year and getting a lot of "somebody has to do it" assignments when he wasn't playing. He's paid his dues. I have never seen revenge served up so sweetly or so well.

    We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

        Why is Eskimo joes closed? I wanted to gloat so bad :( :( :(

        Second, why are OSU fans so horrible? I mean, bad baseball IQ is where it only begins. (They thought it was a foul ball, not a grand slam) At KU they trash talk the whole game and then shake hands and say good game. At OSU they only trash talk when they know their season is over. They were screaming for Hoch's head with the HBP, saying it was intentional. How stupid do you get?

        The best was a little kid that said he hoped I die on the drive home. Really?

        Just awful, awful fans. Awful.

        Anyways, more thoughts when I get home. I have my french toast sticks to it is time to hit the road jack. PEACE OUT.

          In their defense, it should really be called a "Fair Pole." Maybe that's why they were confused. : )

            All the superfan talk on the OSU board....and then this gem is posted by one of the true fans of the program...

            A plea to OSU fans!
            I have been a baseball season ticket holder for two years. I have watched our players bust their tails and make tremendous sacrifices to stay on the team, like Gardner, for example, who had every reason to quit, but did not, and pitched today, and caught, in an emergency. And Dusty Harvard, whose story is well known, and Joe Kent, and others that I do not know about.

            My point is this: I have heard for the last thirty years how great Cowboy fans are supposed to be, but Cowboy fans have not supported this team.

            There are about 1500 that come to every game, and sit in 37 degreee weather, and howling north winds, etc., but most show up only in Big XII play, if at all, and then arrive at the last minute for Regional play after not attending any games throughout the year.

            Moreover, many come late and leave early.

            These players deserve better. Next year, get off your butts, and support the team. The prices are dirt cheap, especially compared to other sports, and you will be glad to did.

            If I get blacklisted from this site for saying what I have said, then so be it.

            I have heard many of the fans say that there is no reason to build a new stadium because we can't fill the one we have. Please, please, make these fans be wrong next season!

                  It will be interesting to see who is playing left field in the super regional. As good as Hall has been (and we will need him big time next year with the loss of Dirks), if KWJ is back in form, and he sure looked like it, I can't see keeping him out of the order.

                        McKeever didn't know there were two out!

                              2 hour drive, just got home and I'm still stunned.


                              Sometime in the next couple of days I'll spill my guts but my head is still spinning and after 3 days of back and forth I am totally spent.....


                              One of the greatest days in Shocker history......
