Really? I watched the entire game on the tube and thought he was better than average... IMO, much better than average.

not even close. that umpire behind the plate did a solid job, although I do think we got the benefit of a large outside corner at times. As bad as Capra threw today, he got lucky to get some of the pitches he got. I don't know what is going on with him, but he is clearly struggling with his command.

From watching on TV he seemed fairly consistent. There were a few I wondered about but as a whole I thought it went fairly well.
