Great, I come back from getting Hooters and I see we have the bases loaded in the 4th and it ends up being a hoax. You guys do realize we are going to lose - only 2 innings to get the win - ain't gonna happen, they'll bring in their closer.

If I end up being wrong, I'll buy the first 5 shockernet folks who approach me at the next home game a beverage and/or burger. I'll be the guy who is wearing the only black Kansas City Royal ballcap. Those are very rare indeed so I won't be hard to miss.

I have not made one this year, and you have to remember, up until last August, I was living up in KC. To answer your question, the last game I attended was the Long Beach State loss 2-1.

BS if it ain't. A 2002 New Era 59fifty fitted KC Cap with salt stains, sweat stains, dirt, grime and the smell of hair gel is pretty damn rare if you ask me. Don't be confused with the New Era's that are black with the black lettering that's so gangsta. I'm talking about the black caps with the traditional white lettering. I just looked on the New Era website and they don't even offer my hat. So it is rare gosh darn it!
