I'm not sure what browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc), I am in Firefox, so it might be slightly different, but should be close enough to figure out.

If you go to preferences for your browser and to the privacy or security tab (I'm not sure on its location in Explorer), you should be able to control your cookies (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_cookie). From there, you should be able to either clear all the cookies on your computer (which would cause you to lose any autofill information from sites you visit), or you can view cookies individually.

The cookies from the Lowe's Senior Class Award are labeled baseball.seniorclassaward.com and there are about 5 of them that load onto your browser when you visit the site. If you delete these cookies and reload the voting page, you should be able to vote again.
