Go talk about the game on another message board if everyone is so "annoying". This is a GAME DISCUSSION THREAD. Anyone can say anything they want about the game. If SF thinks the offense looks bad, I'm sure there are others that agree with him and it's ok for him to state that opinion. Ignore everyone if you think stating an opinion is so annoying.

I don't understand. Outs are precious and in the middle of the game your going to give them away to play for 1 run. Come on Gene, small ball is not your game.

It's about time we moved Williams up in the oder to where he won't miss out on an AB most games. It's also nice to see a quality LH hitter behind CG to alleviate some of the avoidance.

Nice to see them taking my suggestions :D ...now we just need Workman to get back healthy, find a couple of decent bats to plug our completely unproductive holes and we'll be set.

I don't mind Gene playing for one run in that inning. Try to get something going with a man on 2nd. But for some reason our Div 1 baseball players don't know how to bunt a man over. It really, really, really isn't as hard as they're making it look on a regular basis.

Hopefully Nebraska brings in Johnny Wholestaff soon. Maybe we'll have a better chance against someone else because the guy that's in now (Byrd) has our hitters completely baffled. We can't even lay down a bunt.
