Boo scared up 5 runs in the 6th and are leading 7-2 into the bottom of the 8th after SIU plafed 2 runs in the top of the 8th.

7-2 is the final. Shocks got the help they needed but can they take advantage? Very difficult to have much confidence in the Shocks after the way Indiana State hitters raked our pitching yesterday.

Yes, the scariest part for me was the 3 HRs off of Lewis when he had only given up 2 HRs in 72 innings prior to last night. Tonight we have Codi Heuer who has given up 5 HRs and 6 doubles in 32 innings.

MSO trails Illinois State 6-0 in the top of the 7th.

Still 3-1 to the 7th. Game of the year for Heuer, no doubt about it. I've got him at 92 pitches - probably done for the evening as this is unfamiliar territory for him in terms of pitch count.
