While I agree I am not sure a game against this Omaha team is the best measuring stick. The Shocks haven't exactly knocked the cover off the ball. Boyer's double to right center being the best hit ball of the day so far. Good job taking advantge of the wind field on that one.

Still would prefer to see Vickers or Boyer in the 2-hole over Dugas. Dayton is just not seeing the ball well and they may include in the field as well.

Oh I know. Having Jenista in the 3-hole is a big improvement though. I'll take one obvious thing at a time.

I assume at some point a K-rate of 40% will be difficult to ignore.
