Did I interpret HCTB's pregame comments correctly? I took it that he more less said his team lacks talent which they can't really control so they need to make up for that lack of talent with toughness, which is something they can control.

Unfortunately Coach, it looks like you may have team with limited talent and limited toughness at least as a group. What talent you do have in Casey Gillaspie, Cale Elam and A.J. Ladwig will probably all be moving on to other challenges next year.

You will have Sam Tewes back next year plus uh, well lets hope in the incoming recruits have a little talent and toughness.
