You just KNEW that was going to happen. Our talent level is awful. I hope Coach Butler can change things next season.

Let me add that as shitty as we are at the plate, I believe we should have suicide squeezed twice there if necessary. Execution so bad you couldn't make it up.

Eric I hope you're just about ready to get back into the lineup. We have a couple of huge holes that need filling. Hopefully, we can fill one them anyway.

I guess if one just accepts the fact that we simply lack talent at too many spots in the lineup than you just have to shrug and hope help is on the way. Too bad because our pitching has generally been pretty decent this year.

Shane - the answer is 90%, and u can expect to score 2.69 runs on average

A.J. could have been perfect and he was still going to lose. It's criminal what our position players have done to him this year.

I wonder if Tulane will try a suicide squeeze play this time around after they walk this guy to load the bases.

I missed that rule in college about the intentional walk.....when did that happen?

They didn't but they probably should have. Big strike out for A.J. New season high in K's I think.

I don't necessarily disagree with that strategy for this team but I'm fairly confident in the Shocks that they could screw that up also. Probably pop the bunt up into a DP.

Sounds like Dearman, hitting in front of Bayliff and Gillaspie, had a golden opportunity to let a pitch hit him but he rather hit a can of corn to right.

While it is extremely difficult to do when starting from such a low level I believe the Shocks are becoming even less competitive at the plate as the game progresses. Yuk.

At least A.J. won't be the loser.

AJ is having an amazing season with nothing to show record wise.

This is just unbelievably shitty hitting on both sides.
