You're just an idiot if you're pitching to Gillaspie right now.

Yeah, this is definitely one of the hottest streaks in recent memory.

AJ with another great outing so far but in trouble in the 6th. Bases full of dirtbags, 2 outs. Shox clinging to a 2-0 lead.

Shocks give up a run on an infield single but catch the runner trying to sneak home from second to end the inning leading 2-1.

B6, Baker and Bayliff lead off with singles and Micah brings in a run on a sac fly. Back to a 2 run lead....3-1 Shox.

Good guys go up 4-1 on a Kihle solo bomb, B7.

LaBrie gives up 2 in the 8th, and only records 1 out. Foster Vielock in with a runner on 2nd.

                Shockers Win!

5-4 on a walkoff single by Kihle.

Kihle also had a HR earlier in the game, going 3-5. He is having a nice start to the season.

The Shockers did not record an error, I believe for the first time this season. LBSU is the perfect team to not have errors against.

Curious what the lineup will look like for the second game today. I believe we regain a few folks from suspension, including Parker and Harbutz?

Now THAT's some timely hitting that was missing in the two losses in SC. Way to go fellas!

Well, the bullpen blew it and the momentum changed but I'm glad we were able to get the clutch hit, something we couldn't do in our losses to UCONN and GMU. The overall series is now tied with the Beach. Let's get another win. Onward and upward!

They did blow it, but they also didn't completely collapse and lose the game. Kudos to the offense for helping out and saving a teetering bullpen.

Has LBSU played a killer schedule so far? Looking at their hitting stats, no one in their lineup today is hitting better than .257, with several well below .200. Are those stats incomplete? That's awful for professional baseball, let alone college.

Yeah, their slate has been brutal as usual.

Also, their home field is ridiculously big and the ball doesn't carry at all after dark.
