It is funny to hear that "WSU should go 3-0".
although the best things in life are free, upgrades are usually available

I tried watching last night's (4/8) game on Cox but had to turn it because the centerfield camera was so erratic that I became nauseous. And I have spent countless hours rigged up for a jump in the back of a C-130 flying nap of the earth without nausea.

You were right about the Shox going 3-0, but they got a little help and ended up in first place alone (instead of tied as you predicted).

3rd worst RPI in the league. A proud moment.

We are turning into the Evansville of Valley baseball.
            Deuces Valley.
            ... No really, deuces.

Southern is 2-10 in league play with an RPI 20 points better than WSU.

              That deserves a wow!

Two weeks ago we had the worst RPI in the league. MVC play has improved our RPI by 34 points. That deserves a WOW.

if it wasn't for the Conference play WSU would have a losing record. WSU has a losing record in non-conference play (14-17) and if that holds up will the 2nd time [2009 being the first].....WOW

Over all WSU is 2-9 vs teams with a winning record. 0-8 Non Conference.
WSU has 10 games remaining vs teams with a winning record. 4 of those are non-conference games (2 KU, 2 OSU)

Shox have 18 games left (possibly 19 as the schedule shows a game on May 1st against an as yet unnamed opponent). For the 18 game stretch, my prediction is a 7-11 or possibly a 8-10 finish. 0-4 against OSU and KU; 4-5 in remaining Valley games; 3-1 against Northwestern. I have the ORU game as a toss up. Final regular season record: 30-29 or 31-28 (not counting the May 1st makeup); 13-8 Valley record. Hopefully they prove me wrong...
