Pitt has lost 4 of its last 5 splitting with Wofford and the losing to The Citadel, UNC-Asheville and VCU in the Bulldog Challenge this past weekend in Charleston, SC to drop to 5-4 on the season.

We will begin to get a much better idea where we stand in mid-March when we head to Long Beach State and Hawaii.

It is way too early to be looking at RPIs but your post made me curious to check up on Pitt. Warren nolan has their RPI at 8. They have only played 9 games (about 15% of the schedule) so it is pretty meaningless, but still surprsing to me.

The Shox are on a roll. They played great yesterday and this past weekend. The hitting and pitching are both improving.
