Yeah, it look like a run rule to start. Rice put up a better fight than I thought they would.

Would love if someone not working could tell me where ECU’s pitching is.

Working on it. Made up a pitch budget chart for the tournament for both WSU and ECU. Trying to post it.

                    • Some decent mileage on some of their good inning-eating bullpen guys. We should be at 100% other than the 2 starters.

I think ECU is in OK shape for GM1 tomorrow. They'd be at a LOT of pitches on some guys by GM2, I'd think.

Problem is I think WSU has to win GM1 tomorrow because we already basically don't have anyone left we would trust to get outs against a team like ECU.

                      • Thank you. Yeah they’re certainly taxed. No idea exactly how much that really helps.

Can you give me Hamilton, Zang, Arnett and Iverson too? Or are they all zeros?

Edit: nvm ... I see they are all zeros.

                                Comparative Analysis
                                • ECU:
                                  - They have more pitchers with recent usage, indicating a heavier reliance on their bullpen recently.
                                  - Mixed ERA performance with some very high ERAs, which could be a concern.
                                  - Lunsford-Shenkman, Wallace, and Beal could be key reliable pitchers based on ERA and availability.
                                • WSU:
                                  - They have several fresh pitchers who haven’t pitched recently, which could be an advantage.
                                  - Generally lower ERAs among available pitchers, indicating potentially stronger overall pitching performance.
                                  - Munz and Adler stand out as potentially strong options based on their ERA and recent rest.

                                Strategic Implications
                                • ECU will need to carefully manage their bullpen, rotating pitchers to avoid fatigue. They might rely on their lower ERA pitchers like Lunsford-Shenkman, Wallace, and Beal.
                                • WSU appears to have a strategic advantage with several fresh arms. They can utilize pitchers like Munz and Adler to maintain a strong defense while having more options for relievers with moderate ERAs.
