Seems like he has 'one a game' quota and of course tonight it comes at crunch time.

Has the staff taken a good look at others in this critical position?
Just asking someone who has been on site and watched the staff make their decisions.
Have they given another on roster a shot say, during mid-week games.
    Anyone?

    That is all.
Above all, make the right call.

At least 14 now and fielding under .925. Rodden at .954 and neither number cuts it if you want to win championships.

Andrew Stewart fielded .979 last season at short with only 5 errors (an incredible season) but a ridiculous .989 (just 2 errors) the season before. 7 errors, 2 seasons, 411 chances.

Also batted about .220 and David is over .300. But yeah, way too many errors, especially at bad times, all season. And tonight's were the costliest. Even if they don't turn 2 (and they should have) it's one on, one out and Candi is still in and likely goes to the 9th with the lead. Beyond frustrating, but I'm sure more for the team than us.

I’ve been questioning this too. I haven’t had the statistics handy, but it seems to happen almost every game. He also makes good plays, but sometimes he hasn’t drawn an error, when he just can’t transfer the ball from his glove to his throwing hand. No error, but still an extra out.

Tolle doesn’t have it tonight so we better learn how to hit or we’re going to start looking average again.

Houston CF has a couple of excellent defensive plays plus, hitting out of the 9 hole has 2-run double and a 2-run triple both coming with 2 outs.

Checking in at half time. Ugh 2-5 bad guys in the 5th.

Did they replace Tolle, I assume?

Wondering what our average exit velocity is this game?

That’s all I hear about, so it must be all they care about.

Can't wait to see the stats on that Pennington HR. He crushed that thing.

100 mph exit velocity. Whew, I can sleep better now.
