Well, that's fairly embarrassing, at least from the standpoint of the league office.

Next year the Illinois St. gate will probably make this year's very poor attendance numbers at Springfield look good.

This is the description of the venue for next year's Valley tournament (from the Illinois St. Redbird site), I disagree with their definition of "premier":

Duffy Bass Field - the home of Redbird baseball - features a gated complex with seating for over 1,000 spectators, concessions, restrooms, team dugouts and a state-of-the-art press box, making it one of college baseball's premier Midwest venues.
