Bats are anemic. Not putting the ball in play against this guy is inexcusable.

Last week I was impressed with the way the Shockers adjusted at the plate against Illinois St. Hopefully they will do the same this week.

4th not starting off well for the Shox. Josh hits the first batter and the second guy gets what Kennedy called the first solid base hit of the game. Runners are on first and second with nobody out.

UE successfully bunts the two runners over to 2nd and 3rd with one out now.

UE gets the timely base hit (something WSU failed to do in the second and third innings) and leads 2-0. After 4 complete innings, UE now leads 2-0. Time for the Shox to get those bats going.
