I’m not sure why but it was stated by the Tulane beat writer on Friday that a Sunday double header would not be possible. He said that WSU had a hard deadline of 3:30 and that no game would start prior to 11:30. Not clear to me why no game can start prior to 11:30 but obviously you guys have travel plans preventing you from staying past 3:30.

IMO, they could have gotten a game in today but the 11AM start was foolish. They were never getting anything in at that time. Whoever was in charge of that made a poor decision.

I don't know, gotta think we are going to sit Kam as well today. What's the difference? Both went through all the pregame warm ups getting the arm ready. Their guy threw what, less then a dozen pitches in the 1st? I don't see much of a difference. Both clubs starters got burned up.

Jace was used up by warming up yesterday? I know a routine is important to establish but that seems a little extreme on the surface. Well, Wedge and Pelfrey know more than I do. Judging by the past couple of weeks, Jace may be as good or better than Snavely and Eddy. He’s definitely had more success than Hynes.

Jace threw 2 simulated innings in the indoor yesterday during the rain delay. Pelfrey didn't want to risk his arm using him 2 days in a row. We drove 11 hrs to watch him.
