On the 2nd video, the ball takes a mean hop off the edge of the grass, but Cam makes the play look easy.

I thought so too. Took a difficult play and made it look routine. Like to see that from middle infielders. Throwing across his body as well.

How is the baseball staff recruiting during the pandemic? Has it changed? It seems that all of the large recruiting events aren’t happening as much so they can’t see them personally. Are our coaches using contacts they trust?

I believe some of the tournaments are still happening. I think there was one at Eck recently. Maybe not as many but some of them are still happening regionally.

Max Stanley ranked #1 in the state of Colorado for the class of 2023. Nice!

              MAX STANLEY RHP / 1B / LEGEND, CO / 2023

              Rankings OVERALLRANK: 272 / POS: 70
5’10” 165 Confident movements and refined. Side step transitions to pivot. High balanced leg lift with controlled coil. Toe down. Strong athletic position. Kick out stride to delivery with open toe landing. Demonstrates push throw momentum with lead leg. Long arc, but quick arm and extended lead follow through. High ¾ release. Glove side creates very good torso rotation. FB 82-83 Avg movement and in the zone. CB 67 Good late break and feel for strike zone. CH 72 Great feel of pitch and arm speed was good. Great Tempo High Ceiling Would consider Max a Top Follow in the Colorado 2023 Class. Committed to Wichita State

Pretty much defines the type of kid this staff wants. Gamer. 'Tude. Not afraid to pitch inside. Fastball with movement. When things get tough, he thrives.

Too bad we don't see him for 3 years. Lots of things happen in 3 years.

Got a couple more 2023 verbals yesterday, and both are PG9s throwing in the upper 80s as HS juniors.

Tyner Horn is a 6-1 165 lb. RHP / MIF from Halstead who plays at Goddard Eisenhower.

“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... Americans gorge themselves daily on empty informational calories, indulging their sugar fixes of self-affirming half-truths and even outright lies.'

Great commitments and one local kid. 2023 recruits means that they have almost two full years to improve. They just started their Jr. year a couple of weeks ago.
