Based on this, looks like it's going to be VERY difficult to maintain the RPI near where it is, but within reason to be hovering around the national seed cut line. Impressive

Last night was a lot of fun - beating OSU in baseball will always add a little extra magic for this Shockers fan. I know the weather is projected to once again be disgusting this weekend but hopefully some extra folks will get out their long johns and support these guys - this is the best team we've had in quite a while and they certainly deserve it.

Is there anywhere (public/free) to look at splits for college players? Curious if this has anything to do with facing a higher% of lefty pitching via platoon, or just across-the-board improvement. Either way, it is very nice to see.

Agree about beating the Pokes. Any chance they squeeze one in today to take advantage of the weather?

I've wondered the same thing regarding splits and other advanced stats but haven't come across anything useful - would be curious if other posters have a site they use for this.

I think it’d be pretty dumb to not play today. Unless Tulane is content flying over here, laying low for a couple days, and playing 1 game on Sunday.
      Deuces Valley.
      ... No really, deuces.

They might be just fine with that - I suspect the Green Wave would take a cancellation or two in a tough road series, and it takes two to tango to move it up on a travel day for the visitor.

Agreed. No real advantage to either team - both would go on short rest.

Highlights from the OSU game. It didn't take very long for Dayton's game winner to get out of the park. Maybe he is starting to adjust to being able to see the ball.
