Perhaps so. I have always thought Gene has earned the right to exit on his timetable. This is the program that Gene built, but his legacy is become more and more tarnished as time passes.

The entire program seems to be operating under a sense of entitlement and taking things for granted.

Very frustrating but hard to see things improving anytime soon.
I don't see Gene giving it up until Augie does.

Nor do I. So I guess we just have suck it up and hope for things to turn around at some point. Maybe we will catch a little lighting in a bottle and win the MVC Tournament. If not, have we ever missed the post-season two years in a row. A habit I would prefer to avoid.

I sometimes think Gene has more fire than the players and there lies the problem.

Josh and Aaron deserve better than to have 12 play behind them
First a Baseball fan then a Volleyball fan and then I guess I follow the basketball team.

I hear ya but I'd just move 12 further away from them so he can use his speed and cannon of an arm from the OF.

Parker draws a walk in the ninth. We now have a runner on first with one out. Coon coming to bat.

Grimes works it to a full count.

No doubt about it all of this team's problems are 100% attributable to Tyler Grimes. Brilliant! Have a Guinness.
