If you wish to stand by your Westboro Baptist employee as the general public protests and drives your business into bankruptcy, that's your right. To legislate other business owners to do the same is insanity.

I will give you two examples:
1. A Muslim employee is well liked, comes to work everyday and is average at his job. I'm not going to fire him for being Muslim.
2. A Muslim employee comes to work everyday and says "Death to America!" He does his job very well, but is causing some issues with other employees. I'm going to fire him, but NOT FOR BEING MUSLIM. I'm going to fire him for being a bad employee.Livin the dream
