            Sorry this doesn't hold water. Those are actions taken by said hypothetical employee, one of which is 100% illegal. I already addressed that. The WBB fools, if they were good employees would be fine by me. If they demanded to take off work every week to protest a funeral, that would be a terminable offense in my mind. They have now become a bad employee. It still has nothing to do with their belief system.

              So, just so we are on the same page: An employee, perfect in every way while on the clock, is also a WBB member and off the clock has caused undue stress and massive loss of revenue for your business by his belief system. That is fine by you?

                  Haha, having to watch a WBB game is certainly grounds for termination! I believe they show them at gitmo to break terrorists down. Are you gonna tell me who supplies you weapons or do you need to watch a replay of a girls high school basketball game? No, no please...I will talk!

                    No. In every example you have given, the employee is not fulfilling their role as a good employee. Good employees can believe whatever the hell they want so long as it doesn't impact the job they do. That is the opposite of the example you are giving.

                    I will give you two examples:

                    1. A Muslim employee is well liked, comes to work everyday and is average at his job. I'm not going to fire him for being Muslim.

                    2. A Muslim employee comes to work everyday and says "Death to America!" He does his job very well, but is causing some issues with other employees. I'm going to fire him, but NOT FOR BEING MUSLIM. I'm going to fire him for being a bad employee.

                        Fired. Not for different morality. For being a bad employee...that or we start serving Arabian food at my restaurant. Ive always wanted to own a restaurant!
