Powerful stuff. Personally, I'd rather spend tax money putting people to work building fire-fighting tanker planes, fire satellite observers, more rangers, and forest fire fighters than on all the costs of the aftermath of these types of fires.

It's Chemical Ali meets Abbot & Costello. We send them to Iraq in the 70's & 80's, who inturn sends some of them to Syria in the 90's & 00's, who again returns them to Iraq in the 10's. Sheer madness!
