Evidently, I had my week wrong. Tisha B'Av is this coming week. France had asked Iran to not do anything until after the Olympics.

Hezbollah said they were targeting military bases in Israel. Yet, out of the 6,000 rockets intended to be launched on Israel today, NOT EVEN ONE hit any Israeli military base. The 320 rockets they managed to launch were aimed at civilians and families, all sleeping at 5am.
