BREAKING: All types of electric devices owned by Hezbollah operatives are now blowing up in Lebanon and the region. Apart from pagers and walkie-talkies, other devices such as fingerprint devices, solar power systems and radios are now exploding too

The war is likely changing emphasis to the North and Hezbollah, because of hundreds of thousands of displaced and homeless Israeli's. There is now a demand of these citizens to be allowed to return. Israel is such a small country, it can't afford to abandon 1/4 or so of their country.

"The security cabinet has updated its official goals for the ongoing war with Hamas in Gaza to include the objective of allowing residents of the north to return safely to their homes after being displaced by attacks by the Lebanese terror group Hezbollah, the Prime Minister’s Office announced Tuesday.

“The safe return of the residents of the north to their homes” has now been added as a fourth objective to the war, the PMO said in a statement.

“Israel will continue to act to achieve this goal,” the statement said following a late-night meeting of the security cabinet in Tel Aviv."

They also have very creative guys who brainstorm on how to take the intelligence, form an action plan on how to benefit/use it against their enemy and implement it. Furthermore, they have the mindset that they really don't give a f*** anymore. They know they are on their own (for the most part). Have been bludgeoned for a long time and do what they have to do to stay strong or weaken their enemy. They know the intentions of their enemies and take it seriously. Unlike most Western nations who tend to dismiss the bad players because of some sense of guilt and also they/we are insulated to a certain extent. Israel doesn't have that luxury, and they know that inaction means death for Israeli's.

Heard a commentator this morning with some expertise in military intelligence say that he thought there was a good chance the triggering of these exploding devices may have come sooner than the Israelis' really wanted. He thinks they were probably hoping to wait until significant hostilities broke out with Hezbollah before triggering the explosions thus disrupting Hezbollah at a more critical point in time. However, he thinks that intelligence told him that someone may have discovered the plot and so it use it or lose it time.

Now whether or not there is any merit to these thoughts I cannot say.
