        Fact checked true.

Also, if you think Ashley Judd was upset over the passing of her mom, you ain't seen nothing yet. She might just be joining Naomi in the afterlife, sooner than later.

Great to hear that the court would likely overturn it. Abortion is an unspeakable evil that should be outlawed.

This was clearly leaked in an attempt to intimidate the justices. Whoever did so (likely a Sotomayor clerk) should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Pray for the justices. Pray for their families. Pray for the millions of unborn children who might be saved from murder.

And never vote for any politician who doesn’t support the above.

Roe was always bad law and always a threat to be overturned. But I understand the divide.

Regardless, this is an awfully dangerous precedent and both sides need to be cautious in their responses.

I also agree that abortion should be outlawed with some minimal regulatory stipulations, just like we have for homicide.

That said, the country is extremely divided on this and making it totally illegal would have devastating consequences to the nation. Returning state’s rights (in this circumstance and others) is an important step in the right direction.

Abortion supporters just need to have a bus (to Colorado or California) that leaves once a month on Wednesday from a downtown location, and the "lifers" need to have a support clinic at a location across the street with financial, and adoption services (if necessary) to help them through, because both lives matter. Probably a little flippant, so I apologize, but maybe an accurate scenario.

My main point is that while the Supreme Court would uphold the concepts of "Federalism" and "Democracy", which is important, they won't end legal abortions.

Abortion except being used for pregnancies where the mother life is in danger is murder. If the Supreme Court is to just say it is a “states right” issue, this will actually be a victory for the the Abortionist. That means abortion will be legal in large number of states and they will now have a path to get unrestricted abortion approved for all states. Our nation will be in even worst position than now.

I agree with the premise in your first statement that abortion is tantamount to murder. Roe v. Wade was a bad decision and never should have been decided by our SCOTUS. But if the SCOTUS decides the way it now appears, each state will be able to decide for themselves whether abortion is legal or not. Each state can also put restrictions on abortion according to their state legislature and laws. Abortion isn't a Civil Rights issue such as Race (the Plessy vs. Ferguson case was an abomination and decided wrongly until Brown vs. Topeka), or Religion, and isn't mentioned as a part of the Constitution.

In Kansas, our State Supreme Court has said that abortion is a part of our state Constitution (which I disagree with because it isn't mentioned anywhere), and our citizens need to answer if they are correct or not.

The left will soon discover the concept of federalism, because as we know they damn sure don't understand it at current.

Let states make their own decisions on a multitude of issues, and let the free market of geographic settlement prove the worth of the decisions.

Overturning Roe vs Wade will not outlaw abortion. It would just leave it up to the states.

Can each state decide to allow murder or not?

U.S. Constitution is built on protecting the minority rights. You either stand on the side of what is right or you will be held accountable.

Go ask a baby (when say they reach 21) if Abortion is a civil rights issue for them. Killing babies is the fundamental civil rights issue - depriving of life and liberty.

That vote comes up in August.

Several states currently have legal authority for abortion up to and including point of birth, and all states are required to permit abortion under the undue burden ruling of the planned parenthood case. For the court to decide abortion is federally either legal or illegal requires a constitutional amendment.

Just avoid social media for awhile. Some people are about to completely go off. It's going to get ugly.
