Here are a couple of Steve Martin's comedy movies.
If you're into Sci Fi with a "time travel" flavor, here are some.
The Time Machine (1960 and 2002)
Planet of the Apes (all versions)
Twelve Monkeys
Frequency
The Philadelphia Experiment
Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure

Just thought of Andromeda Strain... enjoyed that film in the early 70's.
I've seen Twelve Monkeys (I love monkeys, ha!), but for some reason, I can't recall details about the movie.
The original Planet of the Apes (where my love for apes/monkeys began or it could have been The Barefoot Executive in 1971) was a great movie and I'm surprised I didn't remember it when I posted my first list on page one.
Shockernet…
Probably my favorite movie scene ever... powerful beyond powerful...
"You Just Want to Slap The #### Outta Some People"
Another sleeper for me... one of the most bazar movies I've ever seen, but of course what would you expect from a Quentin Tarantino film... thought the acting was pretty solid.
From Dusk till Dawn
Salma Hayek...
Loved her in the light comedy Fools Rush In.....didn't know until recently that she's married to and therefore one of the wealthiest people in the whole gd world.
Raising Arizona is underrated imho. Including the great John ******* with the iconic line "anyone found bipedal in 5 wears his ass for a hat!"
Nicholas Cage reminds me of a great and extremely difficult to watch movie if you've ever had a drinking problem or been suicidal, Leaving Las Vegas. Loved 8MM too.
I may have a problem.

No joke. Just the most bestest
greatest B movie ever. Better than most bestest.
Watch it before you watch any other movies on any of these lists.
There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.
TPB and Bubba ho tep, different genre's, same high quality entertainment.
