That'd be anyone who's watching cnn instead of Fox. There are some absolute loons on that network.

Honestly, I believe there are liberal/progressives out there who know the whole thing was false from the beginning but don't care because hey, "what's wrong with a little bias?" when it comes to the bad orange man who likes to grab 'em by the cootchie. But when biden grabs 'em the cootchie (and then some) they say "yeah, but..."

From the release of docs, it appears that the swamp goes to the top. Even Pres Obama knew that the Russian hoax was happening. He knew about the Kissleak phoe call with Flynn that was tapped and that there was nothing illegal on it. Of course, Clapper, Brennan, Lynch, Yates, knew and it appears that Biden may have known. They knew Flynn didn’t do anything wrong but squeezed him, to flip in Trump by threatening his son. The swamp goes deep.

In an unexpected turn of events defense lawyer for former national security advisor Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn has filed a writ of mandamus with the United States Court of Appeals with the District of Columbia to dismiss the case against Flynn, vacate the order appointing an amicus curiae and reassign the case to another judge.

Not sure this was unexpected. I think the opposite was true. Now how the Court of Appeals will rule remains to be seen.

Would seem to be a very good sign for LTG Flynn especially since the 3-judge panel consists of two Republican appointed judges and one Obama appointee. While that shouldn't matter it obviously does matter.

The Department of Justice is also invited to respond within 10 days and they most likely will do that.
