I’m skeptical of any emissions policies that don’t include a switch to nuclear. Once people are more afraid of global warming than they are of nuclear, then I will get on board.

Sorry man, but a couple of his journal papers are less than five pages, so he's a fringe kook. There is a consensus already based on lots of models which are based on properly adjusted data. Game is over, fork over your money to pay us to research what else we must take away from you to lower your carbon footprint.
