  • Senate Judiciary panel says no evidence found to support accusations against Kavanaugh
Committee investigators spoke with 45 individuals and took 25 written statements relating to the various allegations made in the course of the #SCOTUSconfirmation process.
In neither the committee’s investigation nor in the supplemental background investigation conducted by the FBI was there ANY evidence to substantiate or corroborate any of the allegations.

    • Swetnickwalked her claim back. The sworn statement provided by creepy porn lawyer on behalf of Swetnick’s witness were emphatically denied by the witness upon questioning. The woman claiming to be Jane Doe of Riverside, CA was a fraud that admitted it was a “ploy” to stop confirmation.

No such retractions from Blakey Ford or Ramirez. Also, no evidence despite the alleged public setting.

One of Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh’s accusers admitted this week that she made up her lurid tale of a backseat car rape, saying it “was a tactic” to try to derail the judge’s confirmation to the Supreme Court.

Sen. Chuck Grassley, chairman of the Judiciary Committee revealed the fraud in a letter to the FBI and Justice Department Friday, asking them to prosecute Judy Munro-Leighton for lying to and obstructing Congress.

Mr. Grassley said Ms. Munro-Leighton is a left-wing activist who hijacked another “Jane Doe” anonymous report about a backseat rape and claimed it as her own story, calling it a “vicious assault.”

“I am Jane Doe from Oceanside CA — Kavanaugh raped me,” Ms. Munro-Leighton wrote in an Oct. 3 email claiming to have been a victim of the judge.

Mr. Grassley’s investigators tried to reach her for a month but were unsuccessful until this week, when they spoke to her by phone and she confessed that she was not the original Jane Doe, and “did that as a way to grab attention.”
        Did you ever see this?

It's amazing that all of Justice Kavanaugh's claims were true; it was all a total con job. You hear conspiracy theories all the time but it's incidents like these that make you realize the depravity of mankind.

Did the name "Judy Munro-Leighton" get discussed on here ever? I followed this story incredibly closely, and this weekend was the first time I'd ever heard that name. You cannot just extrapolate and say everything else is fabricated.

On the subject of fabricated sexual assault allegations, though. Did you all see that person trying to fabricate allegations against Mueller? It's an absolutely hilarious story. The guy started this fake company and had slightly altered photos of very famous people as the staff members of the company. Instead of even finding stock photos, it's just like Oscar-nominated actors and stuff. Anyway, he picks his date out of a hat to come up with an allegation against Mueller. And it turns out there's a nearly decade old Washington Post article about Mueller that proves he was in a different city for jury duty at the time of the allegation. It'd been totally debunked before the press conference to officially announce the allegations.

So, as it turns out, maybe it's harder to fabricate a credible sexual assault allegation than some people made it out to be. Congress and the media apparently vetted the Munro-Leighton allegation enough that it never even saw the light of day. And this guy was proven wrong within hours of going public with the claim. Hmm...

I'm not extrapolating. All the other claims have been debunked either by the claimant herself or the claimant's own witnesses. The fact that several have been exposed as out and out fraud's by the claimant's themselves is shocking to say the least. It just shows the incredible collusion between the Dems and the media as these baseless claims were being reported to the public as fast as they were coming into the news desk with zero verification.

And I do remember reading about a "backseat rape" charge somewhere. It wasn't as high profile but it was listed as supporting evidence of "where there's smoke there's fire" narrative. All horseshit.

No one would fabricate a sexual assault. We all know that. (Sarcasm) None it these accusations should have seen the light of day. They should have been investigated in August and that would have stopped the circus.

i hope they bring charges against all of them and put a stop to this.

I skimmed a brief article about some nut job claiming stuff about Mueller. They should throw that dude in jail along with Kavanaugh's accusers! That crap has to stop.

                  • The Supreme Court on Monday declined to review whether states can block Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers from their Medicaid programs, passing on a pair of cases that would have served as the first major abortion test for the court’s new conservative majority.

Chief Justice John Roberts and the newest justice, Brett Kavanaugh, joined the court's four liberal jurists in turning away a pair of petitions from Kansas and Louisiana seeking the ban on abortion providers.
So... WTF? Is it too late to get a refund?

Why is a Conservative state like Kansas forced to use state tax dollars to pay for abortions? Why can't they decide for themselves? I thought Kavanaugh was a strict Constructionist?
