From everything I have seen Mclain will be a Chief. He's retwitting everything about him joining them and is anxious to get on the field.

Brandon Carr is the only one I'm concerned about. Resign him, get Franklin and Mclain and let's get this show on the road.

Gilberry and Richardson might not be fancy players, but good teams need players like them.

Gillberry was 2nd in sacks for them. He is quality depth.

Richardson was their starting OT that was serviceable and is the type of player you need to develop so you don't have to keep trying to fill that position.

What I meant by worried is fretting. Good cornerbaks are hard to find and after suffering through early Carr development, I cringe at the thought of going through that again. Linemen are easier to find in this free agent class. We need them but not like we need Carr.

Brandon Carr is the only unrestricted free agent left to be signed.

Ty Warren DT/DE is visiting KC today. He has already visited Denver and Houston. This would be a great signing. He would compete with Tyson Jackson and Glenn Dorsey for a starting job.

The only other position that could be addressed is RT in free agency. Although, the OT market is pretty sparse currently.

We did re-sign Richardson. I still see us waiting for a pending release of a player that we can pick up for a much better value.

While i like the Gregg signing, i wish we would have gotten more than a one year solution. And maybe Powe is the long term answer, but that is a big hole to have.

Anyone else think Bill Williamson is a bum? Only things i have seen regarding Chiefs were lifted from tweets/articles of other people. Plus, he seems to LOVE the Raiders.

Also, everyone complaining about the O-line, but we led the league in rushing and you cant do that without a good line.

We could always resign Gregg if needed, but from camp reports Powe and Toribio have held their own in practice.

I also want to add on to your comment and say we led the league in rushing with a very mediocre passing attack.
