Yes I saw it......here's my take:

1)The BSU kid was out of line and should be suspended, and I think he will be.

2)The Coach for BSU is a super coach. He was mad at his own player even before the punch, he continued to lecture him after he was dropped like 3rd period French, and somebody should pay him a lot of money to do anything because he will be successful where ever he goes.

3)That should be a reminder to tell everybody to shut their mouths with the trash talking. Oregon's coaches should have put a muzzle on him 2 weeks ago.

4)The punch was bad.....the smacking of his own player was worse and he's supremely fortunate his own team didn't whip his ass. That someone on the Oregon staff didn't escort him to the locker room as fast as humanly possible with about 10 guys around him for EVERYONE'S safety is poor planning and judgement and allowed the near brawl in the stands which would have been beyond tragic. There are a lot of lessons to be learned here.

5)That young man just cost himself a lot of money. I do applaud his attempt at taking responsibility after the game.

6)That was an awful scene. I really hope the BSU kid is punished as well. He was as much at fault as the Duck kid, just not as good at ass whipping.

        I saw it differently.

Guy ran his mouth then pushed him as Blunt was walking away, then said something else as he turned away. Even the Boise coach was trying to shut his guy up, and basically told his guy told you so after helping him up.

If you don't want punched, shut your mouth.

Granted, he will and should be suspended.

I do agree that both kids were out of line, but Blount had it coming to him after the game from what he was saying a week ago. If he cant handle then, he just needs to keep his mouth shut. His mouth and fist prolly just cost him first round money.

But the BSU kid joined Blunt on the piece of trash list. He should have let the scoreboard do the talking.

Oregon guy was a thug already. Everyone knew it. He will end up dead, shot somewhere for running his mouth in 3 years max. Hopefully no innocent bystanders get caught in the crossfire.

I agree, but im just saying Blount had it coming to him from what he said earlier in the week. It was almost guaranteed that some fired up BSU players was gonna saying something. I just think if you wanna talk smack, you better expect to get some back without assaulting someone.

You're right that both kids were out of line, but what people should learn is that every action DOES NOT have to have a reaction.

The response to the Oregon kid running his mouth was the total domination by a team from Idaho kicking their collective asses for 4 quarters. There was no reason for the BSU kid to say 1 thing. The scoreboard said it all. That should be one of the lessons.

Then of course Blount didn't need to hit him, his teamates, security, fans ...ect.....

I am NOT defending Blount. His actions were stupid and reprehensible. However, there were several opportunities to end it before it reached the unfortunate level. Nobody seemingly was willing to open the door when that opportunity knocked.

The Oregon kid should be suspended for the entire season, if not kicked off the team. He was running his mouth before the game and if you get your butt handed to you, you have to be able to take some jawing if you are going to talk trash before the game. There is no need for violence in any form, and then to completely go ballistic after the game and go after your own teammates and try and go after the fans. See you later! Rip his scholarship, empty his dorm, and send him packing.

The Boise kid mouthed off yes, but, is everyone naive enough to think that trash talk doesn't happen all the time in sports? Do you honestly think this is the first time anybody has trash talked to Blount? Come on. There is no excuse for what Blount did. And to excuse it by saying that the Boise kid deserved it because he mouthed off is just ignorant. Blount has to be a man and take any ribbing he gets, because he asked for it by opening his pie hole before the game.

I cannot STAND IT when people see only what they want to see. He didn't only run his mouth, he pushed him...which is why he was getting reamed by his coach when he got dropped.

Both were in the wrong, both should be suspended. Duck will be gone for season now. BSU kid at least a game or two, and based on coaches reaction he will get it.

He did not push anybody. Come on. I'm sorry that you can't stand someone having a different opinion than your own. Sounds like a personal problem. Trash talk happens! Blount should have been a man and taken his lumps! Walk right by, don't say a word, and go to the locker room. He opened himself up to it by saying that Oregon was gonna whoop Boise's a$$! What did he expect? He even said before the game that his goal was to keep his emotions in check.

                        Blount's been suspended before...hmmm.

Not wrong at all! Sorry. You must not be able to see with your old age. I don't see a push! Blount's a punk and the biggest trash talker and he couldn't handle getting a little of his own medicine.

I get tired of your high and mightiness. Everyone else on here might bow down and kiss your a$$, but I won't. Frankly, your arrogance is becoming habitual with you.

The BSU player definitely made first contact, but I dont know if that was really a push. To me it looked more like a slap on the shoulder pads to get Blount's attention. That being said, I do agree that he should face some sort of punishment for instigating the situation.

Blount on the other hand should be removed from all NCAA competition. He apparently has a history of violent behavior and is unable to control himself. God help us if/when he gets into the NFL and has millions of $ to go along with his attitude...Pacman Jones anyone???
That rug really tied the room together.
