That is very kind of you, the Doc and Royal. Although I feel like I am preaching to the choir at times.

I hope some of the links I post or the discussions that take place do provide a different perspective (the link Doc referenced I think is important to keep in mind).

Among those under consideration are Solicitor General Elena Kagan, Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and U.S. Appeals Court judges Sonia Sotomayor and Diane Pamela Wood. California Supreme Court Justice Carlos Moreno is also under review by Obama.

All are highly qualified and very little opposition is expected. 8)

Napolitano is an idiot. Sotomayor doesn't understand her role as a judge.
